The Nature-based Solutions International Congress 2026: Shaping a resilient future for people and nature through knowledge and action will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders working on nature-based solutions (NbS) from around the world.

The congress is jointly organised by the French National Research Program on Nature-based Solutions (SOLU-BIOD) andNetworkNature, in collaboration with Urban Nature Plans+, Biodiversa+, Sorbonne University, and the City of Paris.

We are pleased to announce that the trans4num project will host a dedicated workshop session led by Qirui Li from the University of Hohenheim.

Transformative nature-based solutions in agri-food systems: a participatory workshop on governance, benchmarking and decision support

The workshop will explore how transformative NBS approaches can support more resilient and sustainable agri-food systems through participatory governance, benchmarking methodologies, and decision-support tools.

We warmly invite researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders interested in NBS and agri-food system transformation to contribute to the session.
